Hold and administer the trust property, including any income derived from the trust property, upon trust for charitable purposes as declared by Te Pou Oranga Limited or its successor and assigns. Pursue any other activity with is consistent with the Pou Oranga Whaiora Programme or which may be for the betterment of the Eastern Bay of Plenty Community it serves.
