The purposes include: Raising funds to support charitable organisations in New Zealand that assist women and children affected by domestic and family violence. Promoting the empowerment, recognition, and advancement of women through awards, events, education, advocacy, and community initiatives. Supporting organisations and initiatives that improve the safety, well-being, opportunities, and advancement of women.
