Charitable Purpose

The Trust promotes health and education in NZ through Washoku (Japanese cuisine). Our core activities include: 1) Hands-on nutrition workshops (e.g., Miso making) for primary schools to foster healthy eating; 2) Practical cooking and budgeting skills for students to gain independence; 3) Nutritional guidance based on Washoku principles for individuals with lifestyle-related health conditions; and 4) Educational workshops for preschool playgroups and diverse ethnic communities to support family
