Charitable Purpose

The Trust is established exclusively for charitable purposes within New Zealand. To advance education by providing teaching, training and knowledge in waka of all forms (including waka ama and waka taua) and related cultural practices including karakia, kapa haka, waiata and whakapapa. To promote health and wellbeing in our wider Pasifika communities through participation in waka ama and other physical and cultural activities for Rangatahi and whānau /kaiga.
