Charitable Purpose
The Society is set up for charitable purposes and not for pecuniary gain. The objectives for which the Society is established shall include the following:
2.1 To provide opportunities for people to learn and pratice insight meditation / vipassanā, which originated from the Theravada school of Buddhism and has developed into the Western insight tradition
2.2 To offer education about the Buddha’s teachings / dharma through study courses and retreats, both online and in-person
