Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

To make and donate coffins to various North lsland Birthing Units, providing the volume sought by those Birthing Units do not exceed the number our Club Members can make and provide. Every effort will be made to provide said coffins free or at minimal cost. That the Club be a Non Profit Organisation and be registered with the IRD as such. The Club does not have the purpose or objective of making a profit for a member, and prohibits a a distribution of property in any form to a member.
