Tupoho Housing was established by Whanganui Iwi to address the urgent and growing housing needs of our whānau, hapū and wider community. The housing crisis we are faced with in Aotearoa has identified the growing poverty for those who are experiencing housing insecurity or homelessness.
Guided by a kaupapa Māori framework and informed by the principles of manaakitanga, whanaungatanga, and kaitiakitanga, the Trust exists to relieve poverty, reduce homelessness, and improve the wellbeing of whānau
