Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

The ParAble Class Association Incorporated has developed from Sailability Wellington Trust. It has designed a yacht specifically, but not exclusively, for use by people with disabilities. The 'ParAble' yacht is therefore self righting, safe and forgiving. It is ideal for teaching people with disabilities how to sail but will also have appeal to yacht club Learn to Sail courses, scouts and 'special needs classes' from colleges. It will be affiliated to Yachting NZ.
