Entity Structure

The NZOC Group’s parent entity, New Zealand Olympic Committee Incorporated, is a charitable incorporated society governed by its board in accordance with the society’s constitution. The New Zealand Olympic Foundation is a charitable trust governed by an incorporated board of trustees appointed by the society’s board in accordance with the trust deed for the trust. The group operates collaboratively under shared governance principles. Governance and operations are coordinated nationally.
