Charitable Purpose

Improving the education, knowledge and health of the community by: (1) Connecting, promoting and developing the strength training community across all lifting disciplines. (2) Encouraging social participation in strength training. (3) Passing knowledge from industry professionals and experienced members. (4) Providing technical support and assistance to achieve physical training objectives. (5) Supporting entrance into the competitive powerlifting sport.
