Entity Structure

The Fehl Charitable Trust (FCT), based in Auckland, manages operations for both FCT and its subsidiary, Ngatoto Limited. Governed by two to seven trustees, FCT oversees strategic direction, compliance, and charitable activities. Ngatoto Limited has one director, who is also an FCT trustee, ensuring governance alignment. Both entities operate under the same Auckland-based management framework.
