The QEHCT Group is a public benefit entity for the purposes of financial reporting in accordance with the Financial Reporting Act (2013). The QEHCT Group comprises QEHCT (parent) and its wholly owned subsidiary QEHL. Both are registered charities. QEHCT is governed by Trustees, appointed in accordance with the Trust Deed, who appoint the Directors of QEHL.
