Charitable Purpose

Our purpose is to create a free, welcoming, safe and supportive space where people of all running and walking abilities can move together, feel supported and connect with others. Reddy to Run is about more than running, it is about finding what works for each individual and supporting people to participate in physical activity in a way that suits them. Our activities include inclusive community runs, where people can walk, jog or run, and social opportunities that encourage connection, wellbeing and an active lifestyle. We believe every pace has a place. By providing a free and inclusive community environment, we aim to reduce barriers to participation, support physical and mental wellbeing, and strengthen social connection within our community.
