Hauora is a Māori word that means health and wellbeing. It's a holistic philosophy that considers the physical, mental, social, and spiritual needs of a person. The idea is that when all of these areas are in balance, a person is thriving. Using this principle, The Trust, through innovative programs, accessible facilities, and strategic partnerships will support people through Hapori
