Charitable Purpose

(1) Benefit the community by fostering a culture of encouragement and inclusion through fitness programs in walking, running, swimming, and cycling. (2) Relieve poverty by providing free and/or discounted access to Society fitness activities, equipment, products, services, h&s, and event entries, to those who are financially-challenged. (3) Advance education in health and fitness by providing technical skill training and injury-prevention sessions, and nutrition and motivation seminars
