Charitable Purpose

We, the Mahimaru Marae Trustees, uphold and promote the tikanga and kawa of Mahimaru Marae with transparent and effective communication, consulting, engaging, and reporting to whānau/beneficiaries. We adhere to the values of Kotahitanga, Whanaungatanga, Manaakitanga, Wairuatanga, Kaitiakitanga, Mana Whenua, Ahi Kā, and Tino Rangatiratanga. Our aim is to administer and preserve the Marae for beneficiaries, applying income to promote their health, welfare, education, and advancement.
