Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

The purposes of The Group is to support ECE, Primary, Intermediate & Secondary education across New Zealand, including (a) the advancement of education through funding and programmes; (b) providing cost-efficient services to educational entities; (c) providing financial and educational assistance to students; and (d) other charitable purposes consistent with the above purposes.

Entity Structure

The CES Foundation is the 100% shareholder of Schooled Limited, both of which are registered charities. Schooled undertakes activities to generate funding for the CES Foundation. The CES Foundation board appoints directors of Schooled and maintains control of Schooled via these appointed directors. Schooled operates across New Zealand from a head office in Christchurch and currently two additional offices in Auckland.
