Charitable Purpose

(1) The establishment, implementation and maintenance of a sports fish mitigation programme in the Clutha/Mata-Au river for the protection and preservation of the river environment and its ecosystems and the benefit of the people of New Zealand. (2) Enhancement of sports fisheries values and habitats in the waters of the Clutha/Mata-Au river; and (3) To investigate / implement methods to establish a self-sustaining population of salmon in the Clutha/Mata-Au river.
