To promote, support, facilitate and encourage the game of rugby for the benefit of the youth and young people, including children of the Counties Manukau region by reimbursing costs including but not limited to membership fees, equipment purchase associated with playing rugby to allow children to participate in playing rugby at no or reduced cost. The charitable purposes relate to amateur rugby for the benefit of youth and young people, including children of the Counties Manukau region.
