Facilitating ‘Camp Nga’ - a pilot programme targeting rangatahi aged between 12 - 18 years old participating in a series of workshops aimed at fostering personal self-awareness and improving physical capabilities. Facilitating kaupapa workshops, to build emotional intelligence, mental agility and resilience amongst tamariki and rangatahi, including: Tū Tangata (Tikanga Māori, Goal setting, Core Values, Emotional Intelligence & Resilience) (Mental Skills) and Pakari Tinana (Injury Prevention)
