Charitable Purpose
Our mission as descendents of Hinemihi is to ensure an exchange of carvings known as Te Tūmahanatanga Tahwhiti is succesfully carried out. Our mission is to strengthen our partnership with entities of The UK as a result of the legacy left behind by Hinemihi o Te Ao Tawhito. Our commitment to our partners across oceans in return for old carvings, new Māori carvings will be created to adorn a new Wharenui in Clandon Park, Surrey, UK that will be cared for by communities within the UK.
