Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

The Trusts Charitable purpose is to: 1. Raise awareness (and funds to support) of the volatile situations faced by victims of abuse, human trafficking and sexual exploitation; and 2. Provide outreach support to victims identified at 1 above through outreach and support programs and provide further outreach to impoverished villages in order to help prevent and deter potential future victims of sexual exploitation.

Entity Structure

The Trust is to be run by a board of trustees who will seek to incorporate as a board upon registration as a Charitable Trust. Besides the board of trustees the on ground activities will be lead by Trust founder Zack Simpson alongside and Outreach Manager and Outreach Coordinator.
