Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

F.O.L.A. [AKL] exists to safeguard, platform and advance the livelihoods and legacies of Feminist, Queer and BIPOC Live and Experimental Artists by creating new models and environments within which they can flourish. We activate public space in Tāmaki Makaurau by curating experiences that invite and encourage communities within the city to participate in the arts.

Based in Tāmaki Makaurau, Aotearoa. We currently have four Trustees that constitute our governance board.
