To promote Tokelauan language and culture. To promote a positive identity for Tokelauan children. To maintain the interest of Tokelauan parents, caregivers, staff, and children in working together. To enhance the spiritual, intellectual, and physical wellbeing of children, their families, and the community. To implement programmes incorporating the learning objectives of Te Whāriki, the Education Council’s Code of Standards, and Early Childhood Regulations.
