Entity Structure

Hikurangi Huataukina Trust (HHT) is a social enterprise and holds 100% of shares in Hikurangi Enterprises Limited (HEL). HEL owns 60% of Hikurangi Bioactives Limited Partnership (HBLP). HEL Directors are appointed by HHT and report periodically to the Trust on performance and expected/actual dividends. HEL may enter into Joint Ventures with other companies and organisations to create business opportunities that deliver a dividend to shareholders.
