Charitable Purpose
To encourage health and education within the wider Wellington communities through training and playing basketball and to promote the sport of basketball to all interested players, no matter their means, ability or status by providing access to funds, equipment and support to those players who would not otherwise have access to them.

Entity Structure
Our constitution states that we have a management committee that acts as our governance board, made up of seven club leaders elected each year by all club members. Each leader has an individual role including Club president, Deputy President, Treasurer, Secretary, Charities Officer and Member representative. This management committee makes the majority of our management decisions unless it is otherwise determined prudent to conduct a vote including all our members.
