Horouta Ki Poneke Marae Society serves as a home away from home for the Horouta people, providing a nurturing environment where whānau (family) can gather, connect, and celebrate their heritage. Our marae is a place where the spirit of manaakitanga (hospitality) thrives, welcoming all who seek to embrace the essence of Māori culture. Driven by our commitment to serving the community, we actively engage in initiatives and projects that uplift and empower those around us. Whether it's through cultural events, educational programs, or social outreach, we endeavor to make a positive impact and foster unity among all people.
