Charitable Purpose

(a) Promote and assist the association and friendship between former students ("Old Boys") ofTauranga Boys' College (''the College") and of the Tauranga College. (b) Create and maintain an association with, and promote and encourage the College, its students and staff. ( c) To further the education of students of the College. (d) To provide scholarship opportunities for Old Boys who wish to undertake tertiary education studies.
