Charitable Purpose

To relieve poverty, advance health and well-being, to regenerate communities, assist to meet the needs of Maori and Pacifica communities through the provision of financial assistance to eligible members of the community to participate in Affordable Housing schemes and collectives.

We have a head office in Henderson with a local Chair and two trustees located in Hastings. These constitute the governance board. We have a Chief Executive supported by volunteers assisting with administration. We can have up to ten trustees.
