The objectives be amended to reflect the Purpose and Charitable nature of the Trust and shall be as stated in Trust Deed APPENDIX '(A', The Trust is established for the benefit of all New Zealanders and in particular (but not exclusively) for the people of the Pacific Islands and Maori, Tangata Whenua. ln accordance with recommendation, it was agreed from the meeting on 1st June 2023 that. The Board shall remain as MESSENGERS OF HOPE. The Board shall govern and administer the work of MESSENGER
