To accept the transfer of assets of Tuapiro Marae Trust, and to use those assets and all other property or monies it may receive to continue the functions of the Marae for the benefit of the people of Aotearoa in general and in particular for people of Tuapiro Marae and Descendants: a) Nurturing Māori culture and customs with dignity and spirituality b) Establishing and supporting learning institutions where Te Reo is used as a basic c)Continuing to provide.
