> To provide all primary and intermediate school aged tamariki in CHB with water safety and swimming lessons by removing the barriers to expertise and facilities that will achieve our goal - Travel being the most significant barrier to accessing the programme due to the rural locality. > To achieve a sustainable and long term solution for our goals that builds off what they have learned in a growth model of improving knowledge and skills.
