Charitable Purpose

- To design, implement and evaluate a best practice Restorative Justice scheme to operate post sentencing in certain NZ prisons and within the community as determined by the trustees from time to time. - To follow the leadership of Ngati Whatua o Orakei or such other representatives of hapu and iwi who hold mana whenua of the area where the particular cases are located, to ensure Tikanga Maori is considered at all levels in carrying out the objects and purposes of this trust.
