Entity Structure

TECT Community Trust and TECT Holdings Ltd form the TECT Community Trust Group. The trustees of the TECT Community Trust are also the Directors of TECT Holdings Ltd, and are publicly elected by members of TECT’s district (Tauranga and the Western Bay of Plenty). Trustees will serve four year terms, and elections are held every two years.
