Charitable Purpose

To hold the Trust Fund upon trust to pay or apply for the purposes in NZ the income and capital of the Trust Fund in such amounts, at such times, and subject to the terms and conditions of the trust deed to foster, maintain, promote and advance the education of NZ artists and NZ people generally in the creative arts including the visual arts, performing arts, music, theatre and film.
