Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

In Our Element provides pre-employment skills development and work experience placements with local companies to young adults with intellectual disabilities, acquired brain injuries and other barriers to employment. In Our Element has technical experts and job coaches who support development of office administration, warehouse manufacturing and interpersonal skills. This aims to transition students from the programme and into employment. The intention is to bring the programme nationwide.
