Charitable Purpose
The charitable purpose of the Thrive Nation Education Trust is to give effect to that term as defined in section 5 of the Charities Act 2005. This is done through the assistance, development and support of young people, the advancement of education and various other charitable purposes beneficial to the community outlined in the Trust Deed.

Entity Structure
We have a head office based in Auckland, and deliver our Physical Health & Wellness program into Intermediate & Secondary Schools in Auckland, Waikato & Bay of Plenty with aspirations to grow our reach nationally. Our trust deed states that we must have between 3 and 5 Trustees. We currently have 4 Trustees that constitute our governance board, including one executive position. Our staff are leaders in their fields of expertise and are contracted to develop our program & curriculum.
