Charitable Purpose

The purpose of the Trust is to: a. Create, facilitate and/or administer wananga and other programme/s that Strive to have a positive impact on suicide/whakamomori statistics Support whanau who are affected by the impacts of whakamomori/suicide Provide training, teaching and guidance to whanau through the learning of toi Maori and other traditional Maori practices Provide training teaching and guidance to whanau through the learning of individual and/or community wellness.

Entity Structure

The Trust will comprise of no less than five (5) Trustees and no more than seven (7) Trustees. Each Trustee shall hold office for a term of four (4) years with a meximum of two terms unless they cease to be a Trustee. The Trustees will elect from amoung themselves a Chairperson, a Secretary and Treasurer will also be appointed from amoung themselves or from non-trust members. (trust deed attached)
