Shakti Woman's Refuge Trust was established for the purpose of providing culturally specialist and culturally sensitive family and domestic violence intervention and prevention services to women, children and youth who identify in ethnicity, by birth, as Asian, African or Middle Eastern nationally. Shakti Trust's charitable purposes are set out at clause 4.1 of the Trust Deed.
