To provide education and research services by operating a wānanga for ngā toi Māori (arts and knowledge arising from te ao Māori) to support the promotion growth and perpetuation of Māori culture. This includes the provision of formal and informal education programmes, research and strategy opportunities, and support for Kaupapa, critical capabilieits, partnerships and scholarships that align to this purpose.
