Entity Structure

We are an Incorporated Society that holds and AGM where we have an election of Officers, Chairperson, Secretary, and Treasurer as well as a committee. Reports are tabled at the AGM from the Chairperson and the Treasurer and annual independently reviewed financial statements are presented, accepted, and are then filed on the Incorporated Societies website.
