Business Spread will be administered to promote charitable purposes that support business owners by: (a) Providing information, training and tools for business owners to upskill themselves; (b) Supporting business owners by planning events to network; and (c) Raise funding to offer business owners access to free and confidential mental health services and support.

Entity Structure

We have previously been trading through Business Spread Limited. However, we are wanting to apply for funding to help business owners access mental health services quickly. We are a team of three. Jason Lougher is a Chartered Accountant based in Whakatane. Chanelle James is a graphic designer. Georgia Hakiaha owns a earthmoving company with her husband.
