Charitable Purpose

• Provides religious services: activities, facilitate for study and learning of Lord Buddha’s teaching. • To establish and maintain a Buddhist temple as a place of Buddhist worship and practicing Buddhist religious activities. • Promote and facilitate development of mental discipline and concentration through Buddhist meditation. • Provides advice, advocacy, guidance and counselling. • Provides welfare to New Zealand people to improve their quality of life especially in difficult times.

Entity Structure

Our organization is a Charitable Trust of which the dignity, protection and continuation ensured by an Advisory board, Patron monk and resident monks. The Board of Trustees shall consist President, Vice President, Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Treasurer, The President/Chairman of the Dayaka Sabhawa (Management Council), The Principal/Head of the Dhaham Pasal (Dhamma School), Head of Cultural affairs. Organization is fully funded by donations from board members, devotees and general public.
