Charitable Purpose

To facilitate primarily but not exclusively Maori youth to understand self and self-worth. Through the process of Te Whaiao and to be enabled in successfully contributing to te ao hou.

Entity Structure

Trust Board managing various entities to provide for the Charitable Purpose. We have a head office based on Aotea Island. Our trust deed states that we must have a minimum of three Trustees. We currently have four Trustees that constitute our governance board, our executive positions are yet to be filled: Chairman, treasurer and secretary. We are affiliated with Ngatiwai and Ngatiwai ki Aotea, which provides guidance and support but does not control or in any way direct our operations.
