Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

The purpose of the Trust is to strengthen visibility, hauora, inclusion, and sector connectivity of all artists and creative communities in Aotearoa. In particular the trust aims to: provide multi-faceted opportunities for connection to the creative sectors, mentorship, hauora hinengaro support, development of resources & research, creative activations (including festivals, visual and performing arts). We will provide support across NZ uplifting all communities to be included, visible and heard.

Entity Structure

Taurima Vibes is governed by governing board, whose makeup and term is defined by the trust deed. The day-to-day work of the organisation is currently undertaken by contracted staff as current work is project based, overseen by a permanent director who reports to the trust board.
