Charitable Purpose

To bring the sense of purpose and social inclusion that work provides, to people with disabilities. To strive for a space where people with disabilities are respected as valuable members of the Auckland community, with skills and abilities they can use to better themselves and provide services to our business clients. As well as being part of a social enterprise making earth-friendly cleaning products.

Entity Structure

Will & Able is controlled by its Board which is in turn elected by the Members. The Will & Able Board appoints the Trustee of the Trust. The Trust in turn owns all the shares in Will&Able Limited and Sulta Limited. The Trustees are a subset of 5 of the directors plus the Chair and CEO of Altus. The Trust runs the group treasury function of the group and holds the real material assets while the other entities are the trading entities and the employer.
