Charitable Purpose

to positively impact student wellbeing by fostering strong family focused relationships between students and community to reduce isolation, loneliness and mental ill-health in our student community. Provide wellbeing support, education, personal growth and companionship. Promote, enhance and advance the education of wellbeing for students, families and communities. Work with other groups for the same/similar purpose

Entity Structure

We are a registered charitable trust with 6 founding trustees who have been personally impacted by the effects of mental ill-health in our student and wider community. The trust deed states we must always have between 3 and 8 trustees. Our governance board includes 3 executive positions: chairperson, treasurer and secretary. We are fully reliant on volunteers for the administration and advancement of our mahi, and donations/sponsorship/grants for the financing of our mahi.
