Purpose & Structure
Charitable Purpose
The object of the trust is to provide support to its members, the lodges of the Royal Antediluvian Order of Buffaloes, in relation to their various activities which seek to advance:
- the relief of poverty;
- the advancement of education;
- the advancement of religion; and
- any other matter beneficial to the community not falling under the previous heads (but which are strictly charitable in accordance with New Zealand law).

Entity Structure
The trust will have members (“Member” and “Members”) and be administered by a Board of Trustees comprised of (“Board Members”) individually, or (“the Board”) collectively.

(b) Jack Canty Lodge No. 211 of the Progressive Lodge of New Zealand.
