Our mission is to promote and encourage the personal and professional development of marginalised people, specifically young adults with intellectual disabilities and learning differences through access to work skills training programmes, thereby assisting them to grow, develop and have the best chance of gaining meaningful, paid employment in the community. This will ensure they live with pride, dignity and respect.
