Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

WHĀINGA/PURPOSE: To encourage and enable individuals to maintain and improve their physical/mental wellbeing. - aid funding of AH appointments for anyone financially unable to meet the costs of needed treatment that cannot be met by other agencies - funding education & projects that raise awareness & support the uptake of AHS - supporting projects to increase uptake & awareness of AHS in New Zealand & overseas, especially to vulnerable populations at risk of healthcare inequality

Entity Structure

Our head office is in Tauranga. Our trust deed states that we must have between three and seven Trustees. We currently have 3 Trustees that constitute our governance board: president, treasurer and secretary. We will continually seek input from public as well as private healthcare societies and departments.
